From Overwhelmed to Empowered: Your Most Grounded Summer Yet
Tired of surviving summer instead of actually enjoying it? Constantly in survival mode, snapping at the kids, carrying the mental load, and feeling guilty for wanting time for yourself?
This summer can be different.
The Summer Reset II Moms Group is a supportive 3-month journey designed specifically for moms who are ready to move From Overwhelmed → Grounded → Aligned → Empowered.
Starting in June, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, set healthy boundaries, improve your relationships, and step into the calm, confident mom you truly want to be.
Â
Imagine Your Summer Looking Like This…
- Waking up feeling grounded instead of already behind
- Having simple rituals that help you stay calm even when the kids are losing it
- Saying “no” without guilt and actually enjoying your own time
- Feeling more connected to your kids and partner instead of constantly triggered
- Ending the summer as a new version of yourself — calmer, clearer, and more confident
This is not about perfection. It’s about real, sustainable change that fits into your actual mom life.

What really helped me was knowing I wasn't alone. There is other families out there just like me. Having face to face conversations with other moms really helped.
Learning different skills from them and applying them to see if it helped.
You were very involved and had your own connection with each mom . It was nice.

I really liked the meditation in the beginning. Probably because it’s hard for me to do those on my own so someone walking me through it is helpful.
I also liked the community aspect of it
